3 · SMS & communication consent (TCPA/A2P)
Important: Read this section carefully if you provide your phone number or consent to receive text messages.
3.1 No automatic SMS consent
Entering your phone number in a form does NOT automatically grant permission for Wideband to send you text messages. SMS consent is collected separately and explicitly through opt-in checkboxes.
3.2 Types of SMS messages
We may send two types of SMS messages, each requiring separate consent.
A) Transactional SMS (required for service): service notifications and updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, account alerts and security messages, responses to your inquiries or missed calls, system-related communications. Transactional SMS consent may be required to use certain features of our Services.
B) Marketing SMS (optional — not required): promotional offers and announcements, product updates and new features, educational content and tips, event invitations. Marketing SMS consent is entirely optional and not required to use our Services. You can decline marketing messages and still receive transactional messages.

3.4 SMS data sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may share your phone number only with:
- SMS service providers and telecommunications carriers necessary to deliver messages
- CRM and platform providers necessary to manage communications
- Service providers bound by confidentiality obligations for support services (e.g., customer service)
3.5 Revoking SMS consent
You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by:

Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
