Fulfillment policy.
Last Updated: January 28, 2026
1 · Overview
This Fulfillment Policy describes how Wideband, LLC ("Wideband," "we," "us," or "our") delivers paid services, software access, consulting engagements, and digital products purchased through wideband.ai. It applies to any transaction where you provide payment information to access our Services.
Read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, both of which govern your overall relationship with Wideband.
2 · What we deliver
Wideband provides three categories of paid offerings:
2.1 Software subscriptions
Recurring access to the Wideband platform, CRM, automation tools, and integrated workflows. Billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
2.2 Engagement-based services
Fixed-scope diagnostic, build, and implementation work (e.g., custom web application builds, system integrations, data migration). Each engagement is governed by a written scope agreement provided at the start of the engagement.
2.3 One-time digital products
Templates, training resources, snapshots, and other downloadable or platform-accessible assets purchased through wideband.ai or its associated checkout pages.
3 · Delivery timelines
3.1 Subscriptions and digital products
Access is granted automatically immediately upon successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with login credentials, access links, or download instructions within 15 minutes of purchase. If you do not receive access within one hour, contact support@wideband.ai.
3.2 Engagement-based services
Each engagement specifies its own delivery timeline in the scope agreement signed before kickoff. Typical timelines:
- Diagnostic engagements: Results delivered within 7–14 days of the kickoff call.
- Build engagements: 7-day fixed delivery on scoped diagnostic builds. Longer custom application builds follow the phased timeline (Audit → Architecture → Build → Migration & Training) outlined in your scope agreement.
- System integrations and migrations: Timeline depends on data volume and the number of source systems; quoted in writing before work begins.
3.3 Delays outside our control
Wideband makes commercially reasonable efforts to meet all stated timelines. Delays caused by client unresponsiveness, third-party platform outages, scope changes, missing access credentials, or force majeure events extend the timeline by the duration of the delay without affecting the agreement.
4 · Refund policy
All fees are non-refundable, consistent with Section 5 of our Terms of Service. Due to the immediate access provided to software, systems, and proprietary resources upon purchase, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Unused subscription time
- Early cancellation
- Dissatisfaction with Services
- Failure to use the Services
- Account termination for Terms violations
- Engagements where the client cannot proceed for reasons outside Wideband's control
4.1 Engagement-level remedy clause
Wideband's engagement contracts may include a written failure-mode remedy clause (typically: if no measurable operational result inside 90 days, the operator chooses one remedy in writing — full refund of the engagement fee, 30-day rework, or equal-value credit toward a future engagement). When present, that clause controls; this policy yields to it for that specific engagement.
5 · Cancellation
5.1 Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@wideband.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refund is issued for partial billing periods. You retain access to the Services through the end of the period you paid for.
5.2 Engagements
Engagement contracts may be cancelled by either party in accordance with the cancellation terms specified in the signed scope agreement. Work completed prior to cancellation remains payable in full.
6 · Payment failure and account suspension
If your payment method is declined or a payment otherwise fails, Wideband will attempt to process payment up to three times over a seven-day period. If all attempts fail, access to the Services is suspended until payment is received. Continued non-payment may result in account termination and referral to collection.
See Section 4 of the Terms of Service for the full payment lifecycle.
7 · Disputes and chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback or disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first at support@wideband.ai or (919) 720-5966. We resolve nearly all billing issues directly within one business day. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with Wideband may result in account suspension under the Acceptable Use Policy (Section 7 of the Terms of Service) and recovery of fees through collection.
